I can honestly see this work for a lot of different skin types though, as I didn’t feel it really dried out my skin too much. I have normal-combo / oily-combo skin and it just drinks it up. So all in all, I would totally recommend the T.L.C Sukari Babyfacial. With this being said, my skin felt nice with the oil on top, it’s one of the nicer facial oils I’ve used for sure! I think if you’re putting makeup on directly after, you might not notice it as much, but for me, I definitely noticed the greasy-ness. The oil never really set down and my face felt pretty greasy hours after application.

One thing I noticed was that it was almost too moisturizing for me. I definitely can see why they recommend using this with the mask just because it really replenishes your face. They also include a sample size of the Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil (which they recommend you use after the Babyfacial). After removal, my skin instantly looks brighter, my skin is so soft, and with the continued use, I’ve noticed the texture of my skin has been a lot less bumpy! It was not nearly as bad as I was expecting though! For those with sensitive skin, I would recommend a spot test. For the parts of my skin that are clear, I didn’t even feel this on at all. My skin is pretty great in terms of trying new products though.

I’ve used this on active breakouts (like not so nice cyst-y pimples) and I could say I felt it, but I would not say it was anywhere close to burning. In terms of the burning sensation that some people experience, I am happy to report my skin loves this stuff. It remains tacky for the 20 minutes it’s on, but definitely not like you’re leaving the house with a sheet mask! I actually went out of the house with this on. You’re not dealing with goopy or messy masks. One of the things I really love about this is how low maintenance it is. The mask itself is a beige colour, but actually looks clear after application. It has a large pump top and dispenses the perfect amount.

You are also not to use retinols while using this mask which is due to the acids in it (25% AHA and 2% BHA blend including Glycolic plus Tartaric, Lactic, Citric and Salicylic acids). It’s recommended you use it no more than 1-2 times a week.
